Here at GIC, we have created a Life Planning Guidebook for children, parents and guardians with overseas roots which compiles information about money, the education system, and employment necessary for living in Japan long term. For 2024, as well as updating the Japanese, Portuguese and Tagalog versions with the most recent information, new English and Vietnamese versions of the guidebook have been created and are now available.

We hope that all parents and guardians of foreign nationality and those involved in supporting foreign residents will make good use of this resource.
