Introductory

The Hida Takayama International Association (established on July 24, 1987) promotes internationalization in Takayama City. The association’s office is located within the Takayama City Hall, and its activities are currently carried out by the Mayor’s Office, Secretariat for International Exchange. The association organizes foreign language courses to promote internationalization, facilitates citizen overseas dispatches, accepts delegations from sister cities and friendship cities, and engages in promoting multicultural coexistence through social media outreach.

①Workplace Japanese（Basic)
　The Japanese language instructor holds a national certification as an interpreter-guide and teaches practical Japanese that can be used at work, such as business etiquette and telephone communication. Lessons are conducted according to a structured curriculum.

②Workplace Japanese（Advanced)
　The Japanese language instructor holds a national certification as an interpreter-guide and teaches practical Japanese that can be used at work, such as business etiquette and telephone communication.This course is designed for those who have completed the basic course or are able to carry out everyday conversations in Japanese. Lessons follow a structured curriculum.
