Bulletin Board Information
There is a bulletin board offering an array of information for visitors to the center. People can also attach personal messages and information on the bulletin board.
Notices posted at the center will remain on the bulletin board for a period of 2 months. Notices cannot exceed A4 paper size

The Gifu International Center's class room can be freely used by groups and individuals, who carry out activities in support of multiculturalism, international exchange or international cooperation within Gifu prefecture.
Using the classroom
Opening Times：The Center is open (Sunday to Friday) 10am-5pm
The Center is closed Saturdays and for New Year holidays
Capacity：24 people (8 school size desks and 24 seats)
How to Apply
Please fill in the “Classroom Rental Application and Permission Form”(Available in English and Japanese) and submit to the Gifu International Center by mail, in person or by fax. Individuals or Organizations, who are applying for the first time, should bring documents outlining their activities to the Center in advance. English speaking staff available.
Reservations
The Center accepts applications for renting the class room two months prior to the desired date.

Staff are always on hand to answer any questions regarding living information for foreigners living in Gifu or international exchange-related material. In all cases, we shall do our best to find the answer to your query.

Gifu International Center assists in finding host families for individuals and invited associations from overseas. (Please acknowledge that there may be situations where we cannot meet customers' requirements.)

The International Center has both full and desktop-sized national flags available for use in international exchange and cooperation-related events.

The International Staff are available to answer any questions you may have.
